As we wrap up the year, we are so proud of everything we have accomplished together and how excited we are for what we will do in the future. Your involvement and support make all of this possible. This year we became a 501c3 nonprofit, which opens many new ways to support the club. Your donations may be tax deductible. If you would like to contribute, here are a few ways to do so:- Direct monetary donations- Giving through an IRA, including Required Minimum Distributions- Workplace matching gift programs- Memorial or tribute giftsWe can provide tax receipts and any documentation needed for these types of contributions. Your support will help us continue to grow and will make even more possible in the years ahead. If you would like to give a donation by check and prefer not to mail it, feel free to contact our president, at adam@adamzimmel.com, so we can arrange a convenient time for pickup. Our treasurer can also provide a copy of our W9 if your workplace or financial institution needs it for their giving or matching programs.Thank you to those who have already pledged or contributed this year! Your support helps us keep doing all the amazing things we do as a club. Through everyone's combined effort we completed the SDLINK upgrade at Menlo, added a museum exhibit now being enjoyed by visitors at the Lake County Museum, and purchased new HF radios. We also approved our first club Meshtastic node, hosted a Scouting event to introduce others to amateur radio, and held one of our strongest swapmeets in years. In addition, we improved dues and asset tracking through HamClubOnline, updated our constitution, upgraded our mailing list for more reliable distribution, and made it freely available to anyone locally interested in amateur radio, along with much more. Here is some information you might need if you choose to donate:Sioux Empire Amateur Radio ClubEIN: 33-2529943Thank you for being part of the club and for helping support it.
