Meetings
General meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. at the Minnehaha Co. Emergency Management Building – 608 Sigler Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104
Fifth Tuesdays is an event held in months that have (Wait for it…) five Tuesdays. Time and locations vary. Information can be found in the meeting minutes or on one of the club’s nets.
Summer Swap Meet
Cancelled for 2022 – Held most years on the Saturday of Jazz Fest in Sioux Falls, SEARC sponsors our annual swap meet at the Marlin’s Restaurant / Roadway Express Truck Stop off of the Tea exit 73 on I-29. Come browse, put up a table and register for some raffle tickets! Talk-in is on the W0ZWY 146.895 repeater. Keep an eye on this website and our Facebook page for updates as the date approaches.
Field Day
Each year, SEARC participates in ARRL Field day. Typically, multiple stations are setup from voice, GOTA, and CW. Additional stations are setup based on members wishes. 2021 Field Day will be held at the Minnehaha Co. Emergency Management Building (see map at top of page).
