On Saturday, June 14th, 2025 SEARC will be hosting the second fox hunting activity this season. The fox will be active on 146.575 MHz FM from 10:00 – 14:00 CDT
After feedback from hunters last year, the quadrant of the city will be disclosed early in the season to help hone our skills and not be too frustrating. If you divide the town into four quadrants with 26th St. and Minnesota Avenue marking the quadrant divisions, the June 14th fox in the northwest quadrant.
Everyone who finds the park & Rick, the hunt coordinator, gets entered in a door prize drawing. Finding the fox itself gets you another entry. Prize is a $30 Texas Roadhouse Certificate.
During the hunt, if you need support the W0ZWY 444.200 repeater will be monitored.
